An Administrative Code Enforcement program that uses a combination of judicial and administrative remedies has been established in Summit County in order to promote and maintain a safe and desirable living and working environment. Enforcement of the County's Code is an important public service and is vital to the protection of the public's health, safety, and general welfare.
