GRAMA (Government Records Access and Management Act) Requests

The Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) is a law dealing with management of Government records. 

To request a copy of public Government records, please fill out a GRAMA request Form and email it to the following contacts:

  • For Building Permit GRAMA requests, please contact Ashley Niesporek (aniesporek@summitcounty.org).
  • For Planning Permit GRAMA requests, please contact Vicki Geary (vgeary@summitcounty.org).

Please note: The County is required to hold residential building plans for one year and commercial building plans for seven years.
