
If you want to receive phone updates regarding your waste and recycling service and are not yet signed-up, there are two options...
SIGN UP VIA EMAIL
- Send an email to summitcounty@republicservices.com
- Write the subject line “RE: Notifications for Waste & Recycling”
- Write “I want to sign-up for service notifications by phone about waste & recycling for my neighborhood” in the body of the email.
- Include your name, service address, phone number, email (optional), and account number (optional).
You will receive a confirmation email that you information has been updated in our system. We will not sell your information or send it to third parties.
SIGN UP ONLINE
- This option is available to those who know their account number. This is listed on the upper right-hand corner of your most recent invoice.
- Visit https://www.republicservices.com/account/login
- If you already have an account, log in and skip to step 8. If you do not already have an account, click “Sign-Up” underneath the login information.
- Enter your name, email, and password.
- Underneath this information, click the box that says “Receive service related updates by phone or text message (such as delays or pickups being scheduled)."
- Enter your phone number and preferred method of contact.
- Agree to the terms of service and click the “Sign Up” Botton below.
- Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your dashboard. Click on the “Link Account” button in the middle of the screen.
- Enter your account number and click “Verify Account” on the bottom.
You are finished! We will not sell your information or send it to third parties.
