If you want to receive phone updates regarding your waste and recycling service and are not yet signed-up, there are two options...

SIGN UP VIA EMAIL

  1. Send an email to summitcounty@republicservices.com
  2. Write the subject line “RE: Notifications for Waste & Recycling”
  3. Write “I want to sign-up for service notifications by phone about waste & recycling for my neighborhood” in the body of the email.
  4. Include your name, service address, phone number, email (optional), and account number (optional).

You will receive a confirmation email that you information has been updated in our system. We will not sell your information or send it to third parties.

SIGN UP ONLINE

  1. This option is available to those who know their account number. This is listed on the upper right-hand corner of your most recent invoice.
  2. Visit https://www.republicservices.com/account/login
  3. If you already have an account, log in and skip to step 8. If you do not already have an account, click “Sign-Up” underneath the login information.
  4. Enter your name, email, and password.
  5. Underneath this information, click the box that says “Receive service related updates by phone or text message (such as delays or pickups being scheduled)."
  6. Enter your phone number and preferred method of contact.
  7. Agree to the terms of service and click the “Sign Up” Botton below.
  8. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your dashboard. Click on the “Link Account” button in the middle of the screen.
  9. Enter your account number and click “Verify Account” on the bottom.

You are finished! We will not sell your information or send it to third parties.
