Any property not redeemed by March 15 following the lapse of four years from the date when the property tax became delinquent will be included in the annual real property Tax Sale held in May.
The Tax Sale listings will be available in the Auditor’s Office and online four weeks proceeding the date of the Tax Sale and will be updated regularly up to the day of the sale.
The Tax Sale is advertised in the Park Record four times, once in each of the four successive weeks immediately preceding the date of the Tax Sale.
The Summit County 2020 Tax Sale will be held on May 21, 2020 at 10 a.m. in Council Chambers.Located at:60 N. Main StreetCoalville, UT 84017
Any property unsold at the Tax Sale which is not in the public interest to be recertified to a subsequent sale shall become county property.

Any sale funds in excess of the amount for delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and administrative fees will be forwarded to the State Treasurer and treated as unclaimed under Title 67.
