8% Buyer Premium ($1 minimum premium per auction) shall be added to the final sale price.
No partial payments are allowed. All auctions must be paid in full.
All property sold at the tax sale shall be conveyed by a tax deed within 30 days after the bids are ratified by the Summit County Council.
