Passport Services will resume on January 19 by appointment only.
In order to get a new passport, you must apply in person at the County Clerk’s Office, bring a passport photo (we can take them here for $10 for 2 photos), government issued photo identification, and a certified copy of your birth certificate to submit with your application.
You can fill out a passport application to print and bring with you or you can obtain and fill out an application here at the Clerk’s Office.

Bring 2 forms of payment, 1 of which has to be a check or a money order, the other can be cash, check, or credit card.
We accept passport applications Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We ask that you arrive prior to 4:30 p.m. so that we can process your application and take pictures, if necessary, prior to closing at 5 p.m.
No appointment is necessary. Regular applications are currently being processed within 4 to 6 weeks of receipt. Expedited applications are being processed within 2- 3 weeks of receipt.
For children 15 and under both parents must appear in person with the child and government issued photo identification.
One parent may accompany the child if they have a notarized statement of authorization and a copy of their driver’s license (front and back). Parents with sole custody may also appear with the child and submit primary evidence of sole authority to apply.
Minors who are 16 to 17 years old must be accompanied by 1 parent with government issued photo identification.
