Purpose

An Administrative Code Enforcement (ACE) Program, that uses a combination of judicial and administrative remedies, has been established in Summit County in order to promote and maintain a safe and desirable living and working environment.

Enforcement of the county's code is an important public service and is vital to the protection of the public's health, safety, and general welfare.

Schedule a Hearing with the Administrative Law Judge.

Hearings begin at 3:00 pm on the third Wednesday of the month. All hearings are being held in person. You must be present at 3:00 pm.
