XPRESS Bill Pay for Water Bills
Summit County Service Area Number 3 has a new online payment provider, Xpress Bill Pay, an online direct payment provider for local government and service district.
This free services provides full bill presentation, paperless billing, billing history, auto pay, stored payment info and email notifications. You can set up auto bill pay with a credit card or ACH with your bank acount information.

Eye on Water for Water Monitoring
Eye on Water is a service that allows you to monitor and track your water usage. You can download Eye on Water on your phone to see how much water you use, avoid water use overages, detect leaks and discover trends for when you use the most water. Eye on water works with the Beacon transmitter that the Service Area uses to monitor use. This is a free service that is provided as part of your water bill.
