Three year licenses are for those who have a three year rabies vaccine.

Schedule a hearing with the Administrative Law Judge
Hearings begin at 2:00 pm on the third Wednesday of the month. All hearings are held in the County Courthouse in Coalville.
You must be present at 2:00 pm.
