Public hearing to discuss and take action on Promontory Sage Hills Final Subdivision Plat. The applicant is requesting to allocate 42 units of density in the Promontory Specially Planned Area.    Staff Report

Public hearing to discuss and take action on a Final Site Plan. The applicant is requesting to receive approval for a Final Site Plan for the Promontory The Hills Clubhouse, a ~20,000 sq. ft. clubhouse facility that will serve The Hills Golf Course within the Promontory development. The clubhouse includes, but is not limited to a full-service kitchen, dining room, bar, lounge, golf shop, golf simulator room, golf cart storage, staff offices, breakroom, restrooms, patio (~9,000 additional sq. ft.), outdoor mechanical and service yard, and other support facilities.     Staff Report
