Notification of the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District's intent to levy a tax rate which exceeds the District's certified tax rate in accordance with Utah Code Section 59-2-919(3)(a).  The District intends to increase 2023 property taxes in the amount of $1,303,919, which is an approximate 19.9% increase, for the purpose of funding additional positions, keeping up with the rising costs of goods and services, maintaining assets and preparing for future capital investment needs; Dana Jones (20 min)   Staff Report   Presentation
